Shipping and Handling Information
Orders are sent via royal mail 1st class or by myhermes courier within the Uk/Ireland (dependent upon size of order) and are subject to a flat fee shipping/handling charge of just £3.99 for mainland Uk/Ireland customers. All international orders are subject to a flat fee shipping/handling charge of just £7.99.You wont pay any more than the flat rate fees listed here, no matter how big your order from Hunting with Hounds.

If your an international (non mainland UK/Ireland)customer please make sure you add the " Additional shipping Fee" to your basket before completing the checkout process, failure to do will result in your order not been processed or dispatched until this has been paid.

We aim to get your order to you within a maximum of 4-5 buisness days (excluding saturdays/sundays) and dispatch all orders within 36 hours(usually in under 24 hours).When this is not possible for what ever reason we will always aim to get your order to you within 6-7 days maximum.

Back Orders
Although all items on our site are available if we find your items no longer in stock we will automatically back order it for you.You will always be notified via email of any problems/changes to the delivery times stated.

Ordering from outside the UK
Orders to be shipped outside the UK/Ireland tend to take a little longer to arrive and we cant give an estimated time of arrival as this depends on your specific location. But you should receive your order in no more than 10 - 21 days(dependant upon collection) . We charge a flat fee shipping/handling fee of £7.99 for all international orders,and use royal mail air mail for smaller orders and parcel force global priority for larger international orders.


Returns Policy
If for any reason you are un happy with your purchase from Hunting with Hounds simply click on the "Returns" page and fill in the relevant details, and you will be emailed a return address to return your order too. It must be received by us within a maximum of 7 working days to qualify for a refund. We'll refund you minus postage within 24 hours of receiving your purchased goods back, providing the goods are in the condition they were sent out in.
Please note: DVD orders will only be refunded/replaced if there found to be faulty/broken upon arrival, we do not offer refunds on DVD's for any other reason than this stated.
